Recipe: Chunky Lentil Soup

By 7:15 PM , , ,

It may not look like much, and I actually only tried lentil soup for the first time last year, after dismissing it is a boring, tasteless dish in the past. But lucky I did decide to try it and trying it made me want to create my own version of it. Very easy dish to make, and perfect for wintery days.

1 teaspoon crushed garlic

1 teaspoon crushed ginger

1/2 teaspoon paprika (or to taste)

  1. Oh gimme, gimme, gimme!!!! Soup and me are best friends (can you tell I'm a Melbournian!!). I love the sound of your lentil soup and am definitely going to make it next week when I'm on holidays. It will be great having a batch in the freezer to grab out on busy nights.
